When I was young, I collected diagnoses like other children
collected baseball cards - from asthma to IBS to schizophrenia and everything
in between. No one could figure out what was going on with me or how to help,
so I really went through the wringer of our medical system. By the time I was in university studying Biology (Pre-Med), I had gone
through every 'alternative' available and was at my wit's end.
That's when a bout of
shoulder pain brought me to see a chiropractor, and everything changed.
The anxiety dropped. My digestion eased. My outlook on life dramatically
shifted. Oh, and I could use my arm again (although by this point it was the
least of my concerns). To this day I'm grateful for that shoulder pain, because
it opened the door for me to heal.
The experience also inspired me to change my path from
medical school and psychology to chiropractic college. That's where I first discovered Network Spinal
Analysis and Somato-Respiratory Integration. After graduating from chiropractic college in 2005 and
practicing in rural Ireland, people arrived at my practice
specifically requesting Network Care. I began using what little I knew, and was blown away with the results they experienced! That's when I began the process of getting certified in NSA. I moved
back to the U.S.
where I started receiving Network Care for myself, and went far
beyond my comfort zone into a more fulfilling life. The rest, as they
say, is history.
For me, there is no greater honor than helping people
discover who they are, step into their power, and share their gifts
with the
world. That's why I became a chiropractor: to awaken your body's wisdom
from the
inside-out and change the world one life at a time. I am grateful for the opportunity to share these gifts
with you.
