Level 1 in Network helps you relieve pain, release tension,
and de-stress your spine, body and mind. This is where you re-discover your
body. The more aware you are of changes and sensations in your body, the
greater the results.
During this initial intensive phase of care, our work
together promotes a new depth of awareness and understanding of your body that
will not only help you feel better right now, but reduce your risk of re-injury
down the road. You will decrease pain and tension, improve your posture, deepen
your breathing, create more freedom in your movements, and get your energy
flowing. Many people express amazement at how areas they didn’t even realize
held tension are now relaxed! As your spine becomes more flexible, it becomes
more adaptable and healthy. A healthy spine is the cornerstone of a happy and
healthy life!
You’ll also learn fundamental tools and strategies that will
help you pay attention to what’s happening within your body – this is called somatic awareness. With this type of
awareness, you can tune into a wider range of your body’s physical feedback
signals, which you can use to release stress deeper than before. Once you feel
it, you can heal it.

For most people, the best frequency to experience these results
is 3 times a week for 1-4 months. The length of time depends upon: your past and
present stresses, your awareness and respect for your healing process, and your
commitment to regular visits.

major life change, you may revisit this kind of care for greater depth in your
connection to ease and ability to release stress.
