Level 1 in Network is a season of discovery (or rediscovery) of your body. It helps you relieve pain, release tension,and de-stress your spine, body and mind as you also build somatic (body) awareness throughout the process. The more aware you are of changes and sensations in your body, thegreater the results.
During this initial intensive phase of care, our worktogether promotes a new depth of awareness and understanding of your body thatwill not only help you feel better right now, but reduce your risk of re-injurydown the road. You will decrease pain and tension, improve your posture, deepenyour breathing, create more freedom in your movements, and get your energyflowing. Many people express amazement at how areas they didn’t even realizeheld tension are now relaxed! As your spine becomes more flexible, it becomesmore adaptable and healthy. A healthy spine is the cornerstone of a happy andhealthy life!
You’ll also learn fundamental tools and strategies that willhelp you pay attention to what’s happening within your body – this is called somatic awareness. With this type ofawareness, you can tune into a wider range of your body’s physical feedbacksignals, which you can use to release stress deeper than before. Once you feelit, you can heal it.

For most people, the best frequency to experience these resultsis 3 times a week for 1-4 months. The length of time depends upon: your past andpresent stresses, your awareness and respect for your healing process, and yourcommitment to regular visits.
